We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States.

At Ameray Store, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock at our local warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 days. However, if the item is out of stock in the local warehouse, shipping may take 7-14 days as we source it from our international supplier. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
